Our team is committed to ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and supported every step of the way. You can count on us to provide compassionate care that is tailored to your individual requirements.

Our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) have been designed to address:

  • Mental health issues
  • Cultural challenges faced by recent arrivals
  • The need to alleviate the stigma and fears that often arise in those seeking help.

Have No Fear

We understand that cultural stigma and generational differences can pose significant barriers to mental health care, particularly within immigrant communities in the Twin Cities area. Our mission is to bridge these divides and provide culturally sensitive, accessible, and empowering mental health services to all who need them.

We Understand the Unique Needs of Immigrant Families

Among first-generation immigrants, misconceptions about mental health can lead to an underestimation of its importance or a perception of it as an external issue. This attitude can inadvertently exacerbate mental health concerns within their families, particularly among their US-born children.

Our ARMHS addresses these challenges head-on by providing culturally sensitive mental health services tailored to the specific needs of our clients.

We offer a team of culturally-specific mental health providers who deeply understand the nuances of different cultures. Our providers are equipped to connect with clients individually, providing care that resonates with their unique experiences and cultural perspectives.
